Refund policy

Return policy:

No article can be returned or exchanged without consensual agreement between the customer and Company.

• In case of any item(s) to be returned, return charges and responsibility remain on your side, in case of return we do not refund shipping cost, extra cost can be added to cover real shipping cost. 
• The item must be returned in its perfect initial condition (we do not refund any damaged item) The item should be returned using insured shipping WITH TRACK-ABLE NUMBER as it remains the customers responsibility to get sure we effectively receive the parcel.
• In case a refund has to be issued, it will get credited to the customers account within 15 working days.
• Our collection owes its originality and beauty to the artisanal quality of our materials and the natural processes we use. Nothing is produced industrially. Occasional irregularities or variations in the designs or the colour and size of materials are a result of traditional handcrafting and are a completely normal and natural occurrence and thus cannot be deemed defective.
